The City Host Role
NETWORKING AND INVITATIONS
1. Invite your friends and network to fill your event venue.
HOSTING
1. Participate in an event test run the week before to review the
event agenda and flow and work out any technical issues.
2. Welcome guests on the day of the event at the venue and
serve as the local event emcee.
TECHNICAL
1. You are welcome to invite someone to the event to help you with this!
2. We will send you a webcam, USB cable, and technical instructions.
3. You will bring your computer and the necessary adapter to connect to an HDMI cable provided by the venue.

Many in Bethlehem are lost, and tragically, due to deep cultural and spiritual divides, they avoid stepping into a church altogether.
​
Can you join me for dinner on Tuesday, November 12th to help build the Nativity Encounter in Bethlehem? This ministry center, led by Holy Land Missions, will immersively reach the masses of lost souls in a way that's most conducive to them.
